How it works
Sermons, podcast episodes, interviews, keynotes, coaching calls. If it's recorded, we can work with it.
Sermon recordings, podcast episodes, interview audio, keynote recordings, whatever exists. Roughly 5 hours tends to give the best results, but there's no wrong format and nothing to prepare first.
Our team listens across everything you send to find the book already forming inside it, and maps it into a chapter structure.
A few guided conversations, done by phone or video, connect your existing material into one continuous narrative, in your actual voice.
We build the manuscript from your material, then take it through a full developmental edit for structure and flow, and a full line edit for the sentence-level work.
For the Manuscript Desk + Publishing tier, we move into interior layout, cover design, and full IngramSpark submission and distribution setup.
Frequently asked
Yes. This works for anyone with recorded material, podcasters, hosts, interviewers, speakers, coaches. The process is the same regardless of what kind of recordings you bring us, sermons are just one example among many.
Roughly 5 hours tends to give the best results, enough for a full manuscript with real depth pulled directly from what you've already said. Less than that can still work, it just means more of the book gets built through guided interviews rather than pulled from existing recordings. Send what you have and we'll tell you exactly where you stand before you commit to anything.
No, that's normal. Most podcasters and hosts come to us with exactly this. Our team listens across everything and finds the throughline that connects it, that's a core part of what the process is built to do.
That's fine. We're working from what's said, not producing an audio product. A phone recording of a sermon or a casually recorded podcast episode works just as well as a studio recording for our purposes.
The manuscript is built around your voice and perspective as the author, so material where you're the primary speaker works best. Guest or co-host material can sometimes be incorporated as supporting context, worth discussing on a call if this applies to you.
That's expected, and part of what you're paying our team to solve. Finding structure in unorganized material, whether that's years of sermons or a scattered podcast feed, is core to the process, not an extra step.
No. Your role is to send what you have and participate in a few short interviews. Our team handles the structure, drafting, and editing.
You do, in every scenario. Whether you choose Tier 1 or Tier 2, the manuscript and the finished book both belong to you.
Most Tier 1 manuscripts take roughly 8 to 12 weeks from your first send to a finished manuscript, depending on how much material you have and how quickly interviews get scheduled. Tier 2 adds time for layout, submission, and setup on top of that.
Yes. Everything you send, and everything discussed in interviews, is used only to build your manuscript.
